Start Your Journey with SSF

Join the SSF Security Team

Every application to SSF Security goes through a structured selection process designed to identify reliable, suitably qualified and professional security personnel.

We begin by checking identity, required documentation, relevant licences and eligibility to work. Applicants are then assessed against SSF’s recruitment and compliance requirements, including experience, reliability, conduct and suitability for the role.

Shortlisted applicants may be invited to a formal interview and assessment. Where required, we verify relevant qualifications, SIA licences, references and supporting documentation before making a final decision.

Only applicants who meet SSF’s required standards are approved to join our operational team. We believe in thorough checks, clear expectations and no shortcuts when selecting the people who represent SSF Security.

Compliance Notice

All applicants are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the onboarding process.

Any false, misleading, or incomplete details—whether related to identity, qualifications, experience, or supporting documents—may result in immediate rejection of the application or removal from the recruitment process. In cases where misinformation is identified after onboarding, appropriate corrective or disciplinary action may also be taken, including suspension from consideration.

All submitted documents will undergo a thorough compliance verification process. This includes validation of identity, right-to-work status, certifications, and employment history where applicable. Each file is reviewed carefully to ensure full alignment with operational and regulatory requirements.

Please note:

  • Submission of forged or altered documents will lead to permanent disqualification

  • Inconsistent employment history or unverifiable experience may result in rejection

  • Additional verification checks may be requested depending on role requirements

  • Failure to respond to compliance requests within the given timeframe may delay or void your application

Applicants should ensure all information provided reflects their true and current professional background.

You will normally receive a response within up to 72 working hours, depending on the complexity of your application and the level of verification required.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a transparent and compliant recruitment process.

Once your application has been submitted and reviewed, shortlisted applicants will proceed to the compliance verification stage.

If shortlisted, you will be contacted by email and asked to provide the relevant supporting documents, which may include proof of identity, right-to-work evidence, SIA licence details and relevant qualifications or references.

If your application is not progressed, you will also be notified by email.

Please ensure the email address provided is accurate, active and regularly monitored, as all official recruitment communication will be sent there.
