Quotations
Quotations are prepared using the information provided by the client, including the location, date, start and finish times, number of personnel, duties, site requirements and other relevant circumstances.
A quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking until the quotation has been accepted, availability has been confirmed and the required payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where the client's requirements change before deployment, SSF Security Ltd may need to revise the quotation. Any material change to the agreed service or price will be communicated to the client before the additional service is provided, except where an urgent change is requested and authorised by the client.

A booking is confirmed when SSF Security Ltd has confirmed the assignment in writing and the required payment has been received, unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing.
The booking confirmation and invoice may contain assignment-specific information including:
Date and time
Location
Number of security personnel

Any applicable taxes or charges will be clearly stated on the quotation or invoice.
Cancellation and Cancellation Charges
Once a booking has been confirmed, SSF Security Ltd may have committed personnel, scheduling arrangements and other operational resources specifically for that assignment.
Unless different cancellation terms have been agreed in writing, the following cancellation charges apply:
Cancellation more than 7 days before deployment
Where a booking is cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled deployment, no cancellation charge will normally apply.
Cancellation within 7 days of deployment
Where a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled deployment but more than 48 hours before commencement, a cancellation charge of 50% of the total agreed contract value will apply.
Cancellation within 48 hours of commencement
Where a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled commencement time, a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the total agreed contract value will apply.
